TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Every Cloud. By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any products.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt any unauthorized access.
All content, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Every Cloud and may not be reproduced without permission.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Product pricing includes VAT (where applicable) but excludes shipping costs, which are added at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or product details at any time without notice. We aim to ensure all product descriptions and pricing is continuously accurate.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

All payments must be made at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods listed at checkout. Order confirmations will be sent out automatically once your order has been placed successfully. By placing an order with Every Cloud, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you are the authorised user of the payment method. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised or fraudluent payments made on our website. Should this situation occur, please contact your bank provider directly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, we aim for seamless turn around times. Every Cloud are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. All our shipping and delivery is process via Royal Mail. We aim to have your order processed within one working day and to be shipped the same or the following day. Please note during busier sales periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or New Year's Sales we may have delayed processing times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS (Under UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return items within 14 days of receiving the order if the outlined requirements of returns are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
The item is not listed as non-refundable or a sale item.

NON-RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Socks
Pens
Worn or washed items

RETURNS PROCESS

You must return the items within 14 days after notifying us. Email us at hello@everycl0ud.com within 14 days to request a return.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In which case, you will be proivded a pre-paid returns postage label via email.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead. You will be liable for the postage costs of the new item.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, product designs, and media are of the property of Every Cloud. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. 'Every Cl0ud' and 'Every Cloud' are both registered trademarks. We may choose to enforce legal action on any brands using our name.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Any damages caused by misuse or improper care of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product ordered. We cannot be held responsible for any of our products causing death or damage to a consumer.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties beyond what is necessary for order processing.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
