DELIVERY AND RETURNS​

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, we aim for seamless turn around times. Every Cloud are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. All our shipping and delivery is process via Royal Mail. We aim to have your order processed within one working day and to be shipped the same or the following day. Please note during busier sales periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or New Year's Sales we may have delayed processing times. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS (Under UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

​

You may return items within 14 days of receiving the order if the outlined requirements of returns are met:

 

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
     

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.
     

  • The item is not listed as non-refundable or a sale item.
     

 

NON-RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

​

  • Socks

  • Pens

  • Worn or washed items

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. You must return the items within 14 days after notifying us. Email us at hello@everycl0ud.com within 14 days to request a return.

  2. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In which case, you will be proivded a pre-paid returns postage label via email. 
     

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

​

REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

​

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).

 

EXCHANGES

​

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead. You will be liable for the postage costs of the new item. 

 

LIABILITY

​

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Any damages caused by misuse or improper care of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product ordered. We cannot be held responsible for any of our products causing death or damage to a consumer. 

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
