A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

First of all, thank you for being here. The fact that you've found your way to our community means more than you know.

My journey began in 2022 when what I thought would be routine fertility testing with my husband turned into something completely unexpected. I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) and perimenopause, and suddenly found myself navigating a world I knew very little about. Alongside the physical challenges came feelings of isolation, grief, and uncertainty.

At the time, there were very few resources available, and even less emotional support. Searching for answers, I turned to social media and discovered an incredible community of women who understood exactly what I was going through. They shared their stories, offered advice, lifted me up on the hardest days, and gave me hope when I needed it most.

Through that support, and by embracing a more holistic approach to my health and wellbeing, I was blessed with my miracle daughter, Cici. Today she's three years old, full of personality, and already keeping me firmly on my toes!

That experience changed my life and inspired me to create the kind of space I desperately needed during my own journey. What started as a small online support group has grown into a compassionate and empowering community for women navigating infertility, miscarriage, baby loss, hormonal health challenges, and the realities of living with chronic illness.

Our mission is simple: to ensure that no woman has to face these experiences alone.

We believe in the power of connection, honest conversations, shared experiences, and finding hope even in life's most difficult seasons. Whether you're searching for support, understanding, friendship, or simply a place where you feel seen and heard, you're welcome here.

Because while the journey may not always look the way we planned, I've learned that even the darkest clouds can have a silver lining.

MY STORY

This Vlog was filmed in June 2022.

Post POI* diagnosis.

Feel free to scroll through the rest of the videos on my channel for further information and education on my diagnosis and how I overcame the hardest time of my life.

*At the time of my diagnosis, I was unaware of how using the term POF rather than POI could be deemed as offensive.

Please excuse my ignorance.
